Traditional Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch, brandy snap and salted caramel cream

Tarte au citron, tempered white chocolate dome, raspberries and limoncello cream

Main Course

Slow Roasted Pork Collar, Boulangère potatoes, Ampleforth cabbage and Yorkshire Scrumpy reduction

or

Yorkshire Featherblade of Beef, creamy mash with red wine and port reduction

Canapés/Evening

There will be a selection of Canapés served after the ceremony.

Food will be served in the evening.
